Banana & Choc chip overnight oats

Different Toppings

The great thing about overnight oats is that you can literally add ANYTHING you want to it! The oats and milk are just the base, the rest is up to you! Some of my favourites include adding strawberries & blueberries. Another alternative if you love sweet things is to add a scoop of cocoa powder and making chocolate oats!

If you’re trying to pack your protein in, adding a scoop of your favourite protein powder works a treat! If you’re doing this or changing your toppings, don’t forget to alter the calories accordingly!

Flavour Drops

Adding flavour drops to absorb into your oats can be a total game changer! In this recipe, I added banana flavoured drops to increase the intensity of the banana flavour! The great thing is that there are so many flavours available, that you can make your oats taste of almost anything you want!! Adding different flavours every time will make a completely new breakfast for you each time you have it!

Choosing the right container

If you’ve chosen this recipe because it works well with your busy lifestyle, then choosing the right container to make the overnight oats in is essential! If you want something that’s great for grab & go in the morning, I suggest something like THIS as it will keep your breakfast safe from leaking if you’re putting it in your bag.
